Since the year 2021, Reena Dhurve is actively working at the grassroots level with women of the deprived community in 60 villages of Block Tamia and Harrai of District Chhindwara in the field of gender equality, gender justice, violence against women, agriculture food and school dropout adolescent girls in the field of education. In the year 2023, for the economic empowerment of women of Scheduled Caste Scheduled Tribe category, you have worked for employment training of 380 women in the field of organic farming. Today, Satyakam is playing her role in running projects in Jan Kalyan Samiti.
