The project ‘Responsible Fatherhood Campaign’ is a project with Men’s Action for Equity (MAE) programme on the ‘responsible role of father in ensuring children’s rights’. It is focused on the role of a father in the family to care for the children under the joint aegis of the Forum to Engage Men (FEM) and CHSJ (New Delhi). MAE advocates for a responsible role to be played by the father towards his children without discriminating girls and boys. MAE is against prevalent constructs of masculinity and gender-based violence.

In Chhindwara, SJKS organized a Father’s Care Campaign in the 40 villages of the Amarwara, Mohkhed, Chhindwara and Bichhua blocks, during 10-30 January, 2012.
