In the Patalkot area of the Chhindwara district, SJKS in association with Naman and Action Aid is engaged in strengthening the economic, Political and Social rights of the Tribal Dalits and persons with disability. It has been initiated into the Bharia tribal community of the selected 10 villages of the Gram Panchayats, harra kachhar and rated karyam in the Tamia block.

The Bharia tribal community is deprived of all the basic needs of life and livelihood. The Bharia community lives in 25-30 villages in the insurmountable and the pathless area of the Patalkot hilly forests, rich in herbal and medicinal plants. SJKS is involved to improve the basic conditions of the Bharia community, since October 2014.
